Field Days 2016

Several Field Days have taken place over the course of 2016. These days are a chance for the community to come together in celebration of their Open Spaces, Parks, Sports Fields etc. and show appreciation for the staff that continue their maintenance and care of these vital areas. Congratulations to all those fields who celebrated this important date.

CCPFA AGM

Our AGM was held at the Indian Queens Pit building on Tuesday the 13th of December. As well as the election of Trustees and Officers, members were able to watch a YouTube video regarding the building of Indian Queens new playground (with commentary from local Cornwall Councillor Dick Cole on the way the Parish Council were able to fund the £100K project).

Dick Cole was also on hand at the AGM to answer questions from members on the highs and lows of the process and to make suggestions as to how other members might secure similar funding. Also on hand was CRCC’s Capacity Building Officers Diane Taylor and Alison Mitchelmore who were able to discuss governance and policy issues
